Start with the exact material.
Include the product name, selected size, formulation, and lot number, if known. For an existing order, include the order number and the email used at checkout.
A product name alone does not establish that a laboratory report applies to a particular shipment. Confirm the sample and lot before relying on a result.
Three checks for a useful report.
Product and formulation
Check the sample identity and formulation. Similar product names do not establish identical materials.
Sample and lot
Match the lot and nominal presentation to the material supplied. Results describe the sample submitted for analysis.
Tests performed
Assess identity, purity, content, sterility, and endotoxin results separately. One result does not establish that other tests were performed.
